SENIOR JAVA WEB BACK-END DEVELOPER (M/F/D) BANKING AND FINANCE

Your tasks

• As a Senior Java Web Back-End Developer (m/f/d), you are involved in the overall application lifecycle process within projects in the financial industry
• You define and communicate technical and design requirements
• You develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean code and build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
• You also troubleshoot and debug applications
• With your wide experience, you provide training, help and support to other team members

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable course of study
• You call software development your passion in which Java8+, Spring/SpringBoot as well as development and build tools IntelliJ/Exclipse and maven/graddle are well familiar with you
• In this context, unit testing libaries (JUnit/TestNG) are also well known to you
• Furthermore, you have gained deeper knowledge in ORMs using JPA or Hibernate, relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL and SOA as well as REST APIs
• You are experienced in working in SCRUM teams, in environments supported by DevOps pipeline
• It is a plus if you have experience with cloud, NoSQL databases and message queues
• A good communication in German and English is required
