Senior Frontend Developer ioki (f/m/d) for Germanys national railroad company

We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our backend team in Frankfurt am Main, which builds the platform that helps our customers launch and scale their mobility products.

Your tasks:

• Design, build, deploy and maintain our projects
• Build views, UI concepts and user workflows
• Independently evolve and drive the new controlpanel with the help of a backend developer and a designer within a SCRUM team
• Develop new features together with product managers, project managers and customers
• Collaborate with other teams across ioki to deliver the best possible product for customers and passengers
• Uphold and improve software development standards, tooling and processes

Your profile:

• A MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Science, Technology) master, diploma or similar degree is not a must, but highly recommended
• You enjoy and have professional experience in building and maintaining large web applications. You know how to use your toolings like git
• You know HTML5/CSS3 plus common preprocessors, like HAML, SCSS and alike
• You write proper JavaScript and are proficient with one major view framework, like Angular or React
• You write high-quality code and want to build a maintainable, stable, and tested system that you can deploy to production multiple times a day without worrying
• You have some experience with test driven development or you are open to learn writing proper and meaningful tests along with your implementation
• You want to take responsibility of your work and build sustainable solutions that stand the test of time
