Job Description:

As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecture, design and development of the highly innovative online service that is foreseen to support exactable data and millions of active users, with focus on minimal latency, compute efficiency and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Together with cloud DevOps, analyze, test and select optimized cloud solution with different performance/reliability/transaction safety trade-offs
• When appropriate design, implement and optimize required large distributed cloud file systems and databases
• Ensure effective design of business processes in large-scale high-availability cloud architectures
• Be the point of contact for developers from the server-side and the embedded-side to support them in using the cloud service efficiently
• Use and interface automation and event monitoring tools
• Identify targets and implement optimizations
• Provide architecture, design and implementation of front-end interfaces for support, provisioning etc...
• Cooperate with DevOps to design and implement the needed infrastructure for a 24/7/365 operations

Qualifications + Experience:

• Proven experience in developing highly scalable services and service autoscaling
• Strong confidence with Linux systems
• Extensive experience working in a CI/CD environment
• Experience with developing cloud services for Amazon AWS in Go
• Go-language knowledge is a plus
• Understanding Kubernetes is a plus
