Head of Data Platform Engineering (m/f/d) -- Air Quality

TASKS

• Responsibility for designing and implementation of data management architecture
• Evaluation of new technologies for data processing, management and storage
• Development and implementation of ETL processes
• Constant expansion and improvement of our applications, focused on the needs and requirements of our customers and corresponding feedback
• Effective planning and use of external resources (contractors and outsourced development)

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Web Front-End technologies e.g. JavaScript/ TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in Backend development e.g. Java, Go, Python, Databases, REST and gRPC
• DevSecOps on standard cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Fluent in English and German (nice to have)
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
